How much do I have to pay up-front? |

The initial design is free (photoshop). If you then want to
continue with the project 50% of the cost will be paid. The
remaining 50% will be paid when the project is completed. |

Does the website belong to me? |

Absolutely. You will be given all the files (burn onto cd).
You paid for the website, it is yours. |

What happens after one year? |

The website is hosted free of charge for one year. If you
are satisified with the service we will continue to host, maintain
and carry out search engine optimisation for the website for
a fee of €100 per annum. If you want to transfer the website
to another host that is not a problem |

What about modifications? |

We will carry out minor modifications to the website free
of charge. This would include things like changing text or images
etc. However if we are talking about re-writing the website
that would be a different matter but open to negotiation. |
